By creating an account, signing in, opening a support ticket, or sending a contact inquiry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Simply browsing public pages does not create a client contract.

Nexora Studios is based in Tunisia. Public contact: blacktime1u@gmail.com. Project work, timelines, and fees are agreed separately (usually by email or proposal). This site does not charge cards online.

• Sign-in uses Google. Protect your Google account.
• You must confirm you read these Terms before signing in.
• Marketing emails are optional (on by default at signup; you can turn them off).
• You may delete your account from the dashboard after OTP confirmation. A 48-hour restore window follows.

• Use tickets for help on existing work; use contact for new projects.
• Do not submit illegal, abusive, or spam content.
• Signed-in users have a limited number of open tickets.
• Staff may close or archive tickets. Archived tickets leave your view but stay in the studio archive.

Do not attempt to break the site, bypass security (including Turnstile), scrape aggressively, impersonate others, or use the services for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that harms the studio or other users.

Site design, copy, and branding belong to Nexora Studios unless a project contract says otherwise. You keep rights to materials you send us; you grant us permission to use them to reply and deliver work.

Essential cookies run the theme and login session. If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand traffic. Details live in the Privacy Policy.

The public site is provided as-is. We work carefully, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website. Paid project terms, if any, are set in a separate agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without affecting any consumer rights you may have in your country. Disputes should start with an email to blacktime1u@gmail.com.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of accounts or tickets after updates means you accept the new Terms.
