Nexora Studios (“Nexora”, “we”) is a digital studio based in Tunisia. We build websites, applications, brand systems, and motion.

We only collect what the site needs to run:

• Contact form: name, email, service interest, message
• Support tickets: name, email, subject, message, replies
• Accounts: Google login email and display name
• Optional marketing preference if you leave the signup checkbox on
• Cookie choice (essential vs analytics)

We do not take card payments on this website. Payments are handled manually offline.

• Reply to inquiries and support tickets
• Provide your client dashboard and account
• Secure forms and login with bot checks
• Send discount / studio updates only if you opted in
• Understand traffic if you accept analytics cookies

Your data may be processed by:

• Vercel — hosting this website
• Supabase — authentication and database
• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and, if you consent, Analytics
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms and login
• Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly traffic metrics (with consent)
• Resend — transactional emails such as account deletion codes

Open tickets stay until work is finished or closed. If studio staff archive a ticket, it disappears from your dashboard and the main admin list but is kept in an internal archive. Account deletion does not erase historic ticket content needed for studio records.

Essential cookies keep theme preference and your signed-in session. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) load only after you choose “Accept all” on the cookie bar. You can change that choice later by clearing site data for this domain.

From your client dashboard you can request deletion. We email a one-time code to confirm. After confirmation the account is soft-deleted and you have 48 hours to restore it from the login page. After that window, the login stays disabled; prior tickets remain archived for the studio.

Worldwide visitors can email us to ask what we hold, correct a name, or stop marketing mail. Account deletion is available in the dashboard. Google sign-in follows Google’s age and account rules.

Using accounts, tickets, contact, or support means you also accept our Terms of Service.
